Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has released a few new screenshots for the upcoming movie spin-of game Green Lantern: Rise of the Manhunters which will be available June 10, 2011 on Xbox 360, Wii, PlayStation 3, Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo DS. The newest images released show just a few of the objects and weapons you can construct using your power ring, which includes a sword, a giant fist and a fighter jet. You will also get to see a few screenshots of what co-op will be like, which includes one player getting to be Hal Jordan and the other as Sinestro.

Green Lantern: Rise of the Manhunters allows players to take the role of gifted pilot Hal Jordan, the first human Green Lantern, and create an arsenal of ring constructs and take flight in outer space and beyond to restore intergalactic order. Players will use the Power Ring to build weapons from green energy to defeat the Manhunters, who are an evil android race bent on destroying the Green Lantern Corps. The game features tons of intergalactic missions, alien androids and unique combat, Green Lantern: Rise of the Manhunters isn’t a video game based on the movie, but it does feature the likeness of Ryan Reynolds and other cast members as well.
